while on my study abroad, i began to understand what real, beautiful bodies truly look like.

i learned that beautiful bodies can be athletic, or not. beautiful bodies can be skinny, or not. beautiful bodies are bodies that allow us to move, grow, and live our life.

"body" is a reflection of what i learned and what i am still learning. these words come from my heart and i hope they can bring some peace to yours.
